

Boost your immune system with Reishi mushroom

RECIPE: Apple pie flavored Reishi smoothie


If you love apple pie, rolls and similar desserts, this smoothie is perfect for you! It is tasty, nutritious, has a healing effect and you can drink it without a bad conscience. It is made from very healthy foods that have beneficial effects on both the mind and the body.
Ingredients:
- 200 g apples
- 20 g of cottage cheese
- 40 g of sweet cream
- 50 g Greek yoghurt
- 30 g dates
- 1.5 dl of milk or rice drink
- 1 teaspoon NUTRISPOINT’s European Reishi powder
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- if desired, sweeten with honey, date syrup or lucuma powder
Preparation process:
Cut whole apples into cubes, put them in a blender with the rest of the ingredients and mix until you get the smoothie-like texture. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
